Hannah Shaw, DNP, APRN, NP-C is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner that joined our clinic in 2021. She obtained her Associates of Nursing degree at Jackson State in 2010. In 2014, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kaplan University. She then graduated from Union University with the degree of Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2019. While obtaining her doctorate, she completed her dissertation focusing on nurse practitioners' perceptions and comfort level caring for adult survivors of pediatric Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and Osteosarcoma in the family practice setting.
Hannah’s experience as a nurse practitioner includes internal medicine and pediatrics. She is also an experienced emergency nurse in shock trauma at The Med in Memphis, TN and at the level one emergency department at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. She is married with four children. Her hobbies include spending time with family, exercising, baking, and traveling. She and her family attend Fellowship Bible Church in Jackson, TN.
